My husband and I have just had solar panels fitted by your company Z L C Energy.

  We had three quotes by different company’s. Yours was not the cheapest or the dearest but we felt that it was put over by the salesman, Matthew Shepherd, as the best and most professional. He talked to us and also listened to what we had to say. Also he answered our questions and at not time did he put pressure on us to make a decision there and then. After he left us we had a talk and both agreed that he and the company sounded very good.

  We still had a salesman from another company to come the next day so decided to wait and see what he had to say. After he left we both agreed that your company came out tops by a long way.

We called Matthew and told him we had decided to go ahead with your company for the solar panels.

  From then on it moved at a fast pace.

In just over two weeks we came home to find the scaffolding was in place. The following day four men came and started to get the roof ready for the panels. they got on with it very well and were all very polite.

The electrician, Doug Gammons, talked us through what the different units did and made sure we understood everything. Unfortunately the inverter was faulty but that was soon changed without any fuss.

    The office staff were excellent. When we went to pay the remainder of the money Mat met us and assured us that if at any time we had a problem or query to contact them.
