As Managing Director, Matthew keeps ZLC Energy running smoothly day to day, checking in with the team, and helping turn big challenges into simple, practical solutions. With a BSc and IOSH Managing Safely, he’s the steady hand making sure projects are carried out safely and to a high standard.
What drives Matthew most is knowing that the work ZLC does genuinely helps tackle climate change. He loves guiding customers of all sizes, from hospitals to hotels, on their journey to Net Zero and seeing the difference it makes.
Matthew’s proudest achievements are becoming MD in 2017 and, even more importantly, his family. An eco-warrior in disguise, he believes in doing the right thing with honesty and integrity. Outside of work, he’s happiest spending time with his daughters, preferably at the beach, and choosing second-hand over new whenever he can.
